Renewable Energy Standard Compliance Reports / Plans

In accordance with the rules governing the Renewable Energy Standard Requirements (20 CSR 4240-20.100), electric utilities under the jurisdiction of the Missouri Public Service Commission must file annual compliance reports and plans. The rules also require the Commission to make those filings easily accessible on its website -- excluding highly confidential and proprietary material.

All RES Compliance Plans and Reports can be found on EFIS. Select "Renewable Energy Standard Report and Plan" on the "Type of Filing" dropdown and press "Search".
