JEFFERSON CITY, Mo.---The Missouri Public Service Commission (PSC) announces a virtual local public hearing on July 8, 2025, at 6 p.m. CDT to receive customer comments in a request from Environmental Utilities, LLC d/b/a Golden Glade Water System for water service rate increase.

On April 16, 2025, Golden Glade Water System filed notice with the PSC for a rate increase of $11,000, representing a change of approximately 75% in the Company's annual water system operating revenues. The Company currently provides service to approximately 22 water customers.

*To attend the virtual local public hearing by video/internet, visit the website at www.webex.com or download the Cisco WebEx Meetings application. At hearing time, enter the meeting number/access code 2863 476 3765 and password 0292.

To facilitate an orderly hearing that can be preserved for the record, members of the public who wish to testify or present other evidence to the Commission during the virtual local public hearing should register by sending their first and last name, phone number and email address to pscinfo@psc.mo.gov or by calling 800-392-4211 by 5 p.m. the day before the hearing.
