Ways to Submit Comments to the PSC

Consumers can submit comments regarding a utility provider regulated by the PSC.
The Missouri Public Service Commission does not regulate cellphones, internet providers, paging services, cable television rates or services, trash pick-up services, financial institutions, retail telecommunications services, or rates of municipally-owned utilities, rural cooperatives or public water and sewer districts.
