PSC Sets Local Public Hearing in Raytown Water Company Rate Case

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo.--- The Missouri Public Service Commission will hold a local public hearing on September 22, 2025, to receive customer comment in a water rate case filed by Raytown Water Company. The local public hearing schedule appears below.
 
September 22 — Kansas City. Knights of Columbus Hall, 5101 Blue Ridge Parkway, Kansas City.
The hearing starts at 6 p.m., beginning with a public information/question-and-answer session followed by the Commission receiving testimony from the public. In order to ensure broad participation and the ability for every citizen to offer comments, comments may be time-limited.

The local public hearing is being held in a facility that meets the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Any person who needs additional accommodations to participate in this hearing should call the Public Service Commission’s hotline at 800-392-4211 or TDD Hotline at 800-829-7541 before the hearing.

On August 6, 2025, Raytown Water Company filed a water rate case with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking to increase annual water operating revenues by approximately $1.2 million. The Raytown Water Company serves approximately 6,700 customers in and around Raytown, Missouri.
