PSC Sets Local Public Hearing in Raytown Water Company Rate Case

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo.--- The Missouri Public Service Commission will hold a local public hearing on September 22, 2025, to receive customer comment in a water rate case filed by Raytown Water Company. The local public hearing schedule appears below.
 
September 22 — Kansas City. Knights of Columbus Hall, 5101 Blue Ridge Parkway, Kansas City.
The hearing starts at 6 p.m., beginning with a public information/question-and-answer session followed by the Commission receiving testimony from the public. In order to ensure broad participation and the ability for every citizen to offer comments, comments may be time-limited.

The local public hearing is being held in a facility that meets the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. On August 6, 2025, Raytown Water Company filed a water rate case with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking to increase annual water operating revenues by approximately $1.2 million. The Raytown Water Company serves approximately 6,700 customers in and around Raytown, Missouri.
