PSC Sets Intervention Deadline in Carl R. Mills Water System Case

JEFFERSON CITY---Carl R. Mills has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking Commission authority to transfer and assign his water system assets to Carriage Oaks Estates Water and Sewer Not-For-Profit.
