JEFFERSON CITY---Carl R. Mills has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking Commission authority to transfer and assign his water system assets to Carriage Oaks Estates Water and Sewer Not-For-Profit.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than December 30, 2021, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102-0360, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at psc.mo.gov.

Carl R. Mills provides water service to seven customers in the Carriage Oaks Estates Subdivision in the Branson West area in Stone County.
