JEFFERSON CITY---Spire Missouri, Inc. (Spire) has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking a certificate of convenience and necessity (CCN) to construct, own, operate and maintain natural gas distribution systems throughout the state of Missouri, and for approval to acquire the natural gas assets of Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline, Inc. The requested CCN would be a further expansion of the Company’s existing certificated area.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than July 1, 2024, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov.

Spire provides natural gas service to approximately 1.2 million natural gas customers in Missouri.
