Instead of printing and filling out the forms by hand, you can now open and fill them out on your computer and print them for signatures.

Gross intrastate operating revenue is to be reported in compliance with the provision of Section 386.370 RSMo. A pre-printed, company specific Statement of Revenue form will be mailed to all certificated utility companies and registered IVoIP companies on January 28, 2025. The calendar year 2024 Statement of Revenue must be filed with the Commission on or before the due date of March 31, 2025.
