PSC Sets Local Public Hearing Schedule
in Ameren Missouri Electric Rate Case

JEFFERSON CITY---The Missouri Public Service Commission will hold local public hearings starting on January 31, 2023, to receive customer comment in an electric rate case filed by Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri. There will be in-person and virtual local public hearings conducted by the Public Service Commission. The local public hearing schedule appears below.
January 31—Cape Girardeau. Osage Community Centre, Room 1AB, 1625 N. Kingshighway.
The hearing starts at 6:00 p.m., beginning with a public information/question and answer session conducted by the PSC Staff, followed by the Commission receiving testimony from the public.
February 1—Jefferson City. Governor Office Building, 200 Madison Street, Room 310.
The hearing starts at 6:00 p.m., beginning with a public information/question and answer session conducted by the PSC Staff, followed by the Commission receiving testimony from the public.

February 9—St. Charles. St. Charles County Hall, Rooms 115 & 116, 100 N. 3rd Street.
The hearing starts at Noon, beginning with a public information/question and answer session conducted by the PSC Staff, followed by the Commission receiving testimony from the public.
February 9—St. Louis. St. Louis Community College-Florissant Valley Student Center Multipurpose Room, 3400 Pershall Road.
The hearing starts at 6:00 p.m., beginning with a public information/question and answer session conducted by the PSC Staff, followed by the Commission receiving testimony from the public.
These local public hearings will be held in facilities that meet the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. To facilitate an orderly hearing that can be preserved for the record, members of the public who wish to testify or present other evidence to the Commission during a virtual local public hearing should register by sending their first and last name to pscinfo@psc.mo.gov or call 1-800-392-4211 by 5 pm the day before the hearing. Comments at all local public hearings will be limited to five minutes per person.

On August 1, 2022, Ameren Missouri filed an electric rate case with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking a net increase in its electric base rates of approximately $316 million. An average residential electric customer (using approximately 1,017 kilowatt-hours of electricity a month) would see a rate increase of approximately $12.00 a month according to the filing.

Ameren Missouri provides service to approximately 1.29 million electric customers in Missouri.
