PSC Sets Intervention Deadline in Electric Territorial Agreement Case

JEFFERSON CITY---Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri and Callaway Electric Cooperative have filed a joint application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking approval of an amendment to an electric territorial agreement between the two electric service providers first approved by the Commission in July of 2002 (Case No. EO-2002-458).

Under the amendment, Callaway Electric Cooperative would serve a single-family home located in Callaway County near Auxvasse, Missouri. That single-family home is currently provided electric service from Ameren Missouri.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than March 2, 2023, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102-0360, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov.
