PSC Sets Intervention Deadline for Evergy Missouri West
Renewable Energy Standard Rate Adjustment Filing
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo.---The Missouri Public Service Commission (PSC) has set an intervention deadline of
October 15, 2025, in the filing of a request by Evergy Missouri West Inc. d/b/a Evergy Missouri West to modify rates under its Renewable Energy Standard Rate Adjustment Mechanism (RESRAM).
On September 30, 2025, Evergy Missouri West filed a tariff revision and supporting testimony to modify rates under RESRAM to recover costs for the 12-month period of December 2023 through November 2024. Evergy Missouri West’s RESRAM Rider requires it to make periodic filings to adjust for changes in its Actual Renewable Energy Standard costs for each accumulation period. The rates for this adjustment have an effective date of December 1, 2025.
Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Mo. 65102-0360, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at
