PSC Sets Hearing Schedule in Ameren Missouri Financing Case
JEFFERSON CITY---The Missouri Public Service Commission will hold formal evidentiary hearings April 15-19, 2024, in a financing case filed by Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri.
On November 21, 2023, Ameren Missouri filed a petition for a financing order, seeking Commission authority to issue securitized utility tariff bonds regarding Energy Transition Costs and associated Financing Costs related to the early retirement of its Rush Island Energy Center. Ameren Missouri filed the petition under Section 393.1700, RSMo.
Formal evidentiary hearings April 15-19, 2024, will be held in Room 310 of the Governor Office Building, 200 Madison Street, in Jefferson City. This building meets accessibility standards required by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
