PSC Orders Intervention Deadline in
Ameren Missouri Fuel Rate Adjustment Filing

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo.---The Missouri Public Service Commission has set an intervention deadline of August 12, 2025, for a revised tariff sheet filing from the Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri for a fuel adjustment rate clause.

On July 28, 2025, Ameren Missouri submitted direct testimony and a revised tariff sheet proposing a revised fuel adjustment rate, with an effective date of October 1. Also on July 28, Ameren Missouri initiated a rate adjustment true-up, to be included in the proposed fuel adjustment rate. PSC rules provide a 60-day timeline for resolution of these rate adjustment mechanism proceedings.

Parties to Ameren Missouri’s most recent general rate proceeding — Case No. ER-2024-0319 — are automatically parties to these proceedings without application. Others wanting to intervene need to meet the August 12 deadline.
