PSC Announces Local Public Hearing in Ameren CCN Request

 

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo.--- The Missouri Public Service Commission (PSC) is announcing an additional in-person local public hearing to receive customer comments on a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN) request from Union Electric Company, d/b/a Ameren Missouri to Construct Renewable Generation Facilities and Battery Energy Storage Systems.

The additional local public hearing has been scheduled for:

6:00 p.m.
Location: Moscow Mills Lions Club, 30 Freise Industrial Drive, Moscow Mills, Missouri

The hearing will begin with a public information/question-and-answer session, followed by the Commission receiving testimony from the public.

To ensure broad participation and the ability for every citizen to offer comments, testimony at the hearing may be time-limited. Priority will be given to individuals who did not testify at the previous local public hearings held in this case.

The local public hearing will be held in a facility that meets the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Any person who needs additional accommodations to participate in the hearing should call the PSC’s hotline at 1-800-392-4211 or TDD Hotline at 1-800-829-7541 before the hearing.

If you are unable to attend a local public hearing and wish to make written comments, you may do so by submitting them in writing to the PSC at P.O.
