PSC Sets Intervention Deadline in Ameren Missouri Case
JEFFERSON CITY---Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri has filed a petition for a financing order, seeking Commission authority to issue securitized utility tariff bonds regarding Energy Transition Costs and associated Financing Costs related to the early retirement of its Rush Island Energy Center. Ameren Missouri filed the petition under Section 393.1700, RSMo.
Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than
December 15, 2023, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at
www.psc.mo.gov.
