Renewable Energy Standard Compliance Reports

In accordance with the rules governing the Renewable Energy Standard Requirements (4 CSR 240-20.100), electric utilities under the jurisdiction of the Missouri Public Service Commission must file annual compliance reports. The rules also require the Commission to make those filings easily accessible on its website -- excluding highly confidential and proprietary material.
