The Missouri Public Service Commission will hold a virtual local public hearing (via WebEx) starting at 6:00 p.m. on July 14, 2020
, to give customers of Elm Hills Utility Operating Company, Inc. an opportunity to comment on water and sewer rate increase cases filed by the company. The local public hearing will also be streamed on the Commission’s website at www.psc.mo.gov
. The Commission is holding this local public hearing via WebEx due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Customers who wish to provide comments on the record during the hearing have until 5:00 p.m. on July 7, 2020

The Public Service Commission has ordered Elm Hills Utility Operating Company, Inc. to send written notice of the hearing to its customers by June 22, 2020
On March 6, 2020, Elm Hills Utility Operating Company, Inc. filed water and sewer rate cases with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking to increase annual water revenues by approximately $135,745 and annual sewer revenues by approximately $393,919. Elm Hills Utility Operating Company, Inc. serves approximately 119 water customers and 361 sewer customers in the Missouri counties of Pettis and Johnson.
