The Missouri Public Service Commission will hold a virtual local public hearing starting at 6:00 p.m. on February 2, 2021,
to give water customers of Carl Richard Mills an opportunity to comment on a water rate case filed by the company. The Commission is holding this local public hearing by telephone conference, also accessible by WebEx, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The local public hearing will also be streamed on the Commission’s website at www.psc.mo.gov
A PSC Staff public information question and answer session will begin at 6:00 p.m. with the Commission receiving testimony from the public following the question and answer session.

On December 21, 2020, Carl Richard Mills filed a water rate case with the Missouri Public Service Commission. The water company is seeking to maintain its current annual water operating revenues and is not seeking to change its customer rates. Customers currently pay a quarterly flat water rate of $289.68 for water service. Carl Richard Mills provides water service to approximately seven customers in the Carriage Oaks Estates Subdivision in the Branson West area in Stone County.
