PSC Sets Intervention Deadline in Timber Creek Sewer Company Case

JEFFERSON CITY---Timber Creek Sewer Company (Timber Creek) has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking a certificate of convenience and necessity (CCN) to install, own, acquire, operate and maintain a sewer system in Clay County as an expansion of its existing certificated area known as Johnson Ridge.

According to the application, the service area Timber Creek requests the Commission certificate will contain 19 single family sewer connections.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than July 8, 2022, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102-0360, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at psc.mo.gov.

Timber Creek provides sewer service to approximately 2,357 customers in Platte and Clay counties.
