PSC Sets Intervention Deadline in Timber Creek Request

JEFFERSON CITY---Timber Creek Sewer Company (Timber Creek) has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking a certificate of convenience and necessity (CCN) to install, own, operate and maintain a sewer system in Clay County, which would be an addition to Timber Creek’s existing service territories. The requested CCN would allow Timber Creek to provide sewer service to a single residence outside the Oak Brook subdivision currently served by Timber Creek.

Timber Creek provides sewer service to approximately 2,171 customers in the Missouri counties of Clay and Platte.
