PSC Sets Intervention Deadline in TUK, LLC Sewer System Case

JEFFERSON CITY---TUK, LLC (TUK) and Seven Springs Sewer & Water LLC (Seven Springs) have filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking Commission authority for Seven Springs to acquire all or substantially all of the assets that TUK uses to provide sewer service to approximately 27 customers in Jefferson County. Seven Springs also seeks the transfer of the applicable certificate of convenience and necessity (CCN) from TUK to Seven Springs, or alternatively, grant a new CCN to Seven Springs for the service area.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than December 6, 2021, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102-0360, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at psc.mo.gov.
