PSC Sets Intervention Deadline in Sale
of Certain Water and Sewer System Assets

 
JEFFERSON CITY---Highway H Utilities, Inc. has filed applications with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking Commission authority to sell certain water and sewer system assets to the City of Waynesville and Pulaski County Sewer District Number 1. According to the applications, the water system would be acquired by the City of Waynesville while the sewer system would be acquired by Pulaski County Sewer District Number 1.

If the applications are approved, the water and sewer systems would no longer be under the jurisdiction of the Missouri Public Service Commission.

Applications to intervene and participate in these cases must be filed no later than November 9, 2017, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102-0360, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov.
