PSC Sets Intervention Deadline in Confluence Rivers CCN Request

 
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo.---  The Missouri Public Service Commission (PSC) has set an intervention deadline of July 15, 2026 , in a case filed by Confluence Rivers Utility Operating Company, Inc. (Confluence Rivers) and Cannon Home Association, Inc. (Cannon Home) requesting a certificate of convenience and necessity (CCN) authorizing Confluence Rivers to acquire the sewer system assets of Cannon Home in Ralls County, Missouri.

Cannon Home currently operates a sewer system serving approximately 126 connections in Ralls County. Those connections include single-family homes, rental cabins, a restaurant, and a store. Confluence Rivers currently owns and operates a sewer system located within three miles of the Cannon Home system.
Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102, or by using the Commission's Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov .
