PSC Sets Intervention Deadline in Carl R. Mills Trust Water Case

 
JEFFERSON CITY---Carl R. Mills Trust (Mills Trust) has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking a certificate of convenience and necessity (CCN) to install, own and operate a water system in Stone County. According to the application, the trustee of Mills Trust is Carl Richard Mills, who is the developer of Carriage Oaks Estates. The CCN would allow Mills Trust to provide water service to Carriage Oaks Estates, a subdivision in the Branson West area.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than June 29, 2018, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102-0360, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov.
