PSC Sets Intervention Deadline for Confluence Rivers Acquisition, CCN Requests – pr-26-63
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo.---The Missouri Public Service Commission (PSC) has set an intervention deadline of April 29, 2026, in an application from Confluence Rivers Utility Operating Company, Inc. (Confluence Rivers) to acquire the sewer system assets of Mapaville Meadows #2, a nonprofit corporation in Jefferson County, Missouri. It also requests a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN) to operate and provide service to the public in the Mapaville Meadows #2 service area.
According to the application, filed April 10, 2026, Mapaville Meadows #2 owns a wastewater system serving approximately 12 homes.
Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Mo. 65102-0360, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at psc.mo.gov.
