PSC Sets Intervention Deadline In Water Certificate Case
JEFFERSON CITY---The Tranquility Group, LLC d/b/a Branson Cedars Resort has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking a certificate of convenience and necessity which would allow it to own, operate and maintain a water system in Taney County near Branson, Missouri. The requested certificate would allow the company to provide water service to an existing development known as Branson Cedars Resort.
Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than September 12, 2014,
with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102 or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov
