PSC Sets Intervention Deadline In Missouri-American Case
JEFFERSON CITY---The Missouri-American Water Company (MAWC) has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission asking the Commission to approve an agreement where MAWC will sell and deliver water to Chariton County Public Water Supply District #2 (District).
According to the application, the District has requested to purchase water from MAWC at wholesale to be sold and delivered for resale by the District within its boundaries. MAWC states it has water supply available in its Brunswick District for this purpose and is agreeable to providing the water supply desired by the District.
Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than April 12, 2013, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102, or by using the Commission’s electronic filing and information service.
