PSC Sets Intervention Deadline In Envirowater Company Case
JEFFERSON CITY---The Staff of the Missouri Public Service Commission has filed a motion with the Commission seeking to cancel or deem null and void the certificate of convenience and necessity and associated tariffs authorizing Envirowater Company, LLC (Envirowater) to construct and operate a sewer system in an unincorporated area of Lincoln County near Old Monroe, Missouri.
According to the PSC Staff filing, Envirowater has requested cancellation of its certificate and has never provided service in Missouri since receiving Commission authority to provide sewer service in Lincoln County near Old Monroe in February 2004.
Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than September 23, 2013
