PSC Sets Hearing Schedule in Elm Hills Rate Cases

JEFFERSON CITY---The Missouri Public Service Commission will hold a formal evidentiary hearing on December 17, 2020, in water and sewer rate cases filed by Elm Hills Utility Operating Company, Inc. (Elm Hills).

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Commission is holding the hearing via WebEx. As the impact of COVID-19 in December 2020 is unknown at this time, an in-person hearing may be arranged closer to the hearing upon request of the parties or by the Commission on its own motion. Any person requiring additional accommodations to participate in this hearing should call the Missouri Public Service Commission’s Hotline at 1-800-392-4211 (voice) or Relay Missouri at 711 before the hearing. The hearing will be streamed live on the Commission’s website at psc.mo.gov.

On March 6, 2020, Elm Hills filed water and sewer rate cases with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking to increase annual water revenues by approximately $135,745, and annual sewer revenues by approximately $393,919.

Elm Hills serves approximately 119 water customers and 361 sewer customers in the Missouri counties of Pettis and Johnson.
