PSC Sets Hearing Schedule in Confluence Rivers Request to
Purchase Assets of Terre Du Lac Utilities
PSC To Hold Local Public Hearing In December
JEFFERSON CITY---The Missouri Public Service Commission will hold formal evidentiary hearings on February 1-2, 2021 in a case filed by Confluence Rivers Utility Operating Company, Inc. (Confluence Rivers) which is seeking to purchase substantially all of the water and sewer assets of Terre Du Lac Utilities Corporation. Because of the ongoing pandemic, these hearings will be conducted virtually by WebEx. These hearings are expected to begin at 10:00 a.m. each day and will be streamed live on the Commission’s website (psc.mo.gov).
The Commission will also hold a local public hearing to give customers an opportunity to comment on the case. The local public hearing is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. on December 15, 2020. Because of the ongoing pandemic, the local public hearing will be held virtually by WebEx. Further details regarding the local public hearing will be announced in a future Commission order.
Terre Du Lac Utilities Corporation serves approximately 1,302 water and sewer customers in St. Francois and Washington counties.
