JEFFERSON CITY---The Missouri Public Service Commission will hold a virtual local public hearing (via WebEx)
starting at 6:00 p.m. on June 3, 2021, to receive customer comment in a sewer rate case filed by Mid MO Sanitation LLC. The local public hearing will be streamed on the Commission’s website at
psc.mo.gov. Because of the limitations imposed on public gatherings in response to COVID-19, the notice submitted to the Commission by the company proposed the Commission conduct a virtual public hearing and collect written comments.
Those who wish to participate in the question and answer session and/or provide comments on the record during the local public hearing have until
5:00 p.m. on June 2, 2021 to register.
To facilitate an orderly presentation that can be preserved for the record, members of the public who wish to participate in the hearing should register by sending their first and last name, and whether connection will be via internet or by phone to
watersewercomments@psc.mo.gov, or by calling 1-800-392-4211
no later than 5:00 p.m. the day before the hearing (June 2, 2021). Details to access the hearing will be provided upon confirmation of registration. Any person who requires any accommodations to participate in the hearing should contact the Public Service Commission at 1-800-392-4211 (voice) or Relay Missouri at 711 before the hearing.
A live audio web stream at the Commission’s website (
psc.mo.gov) will provide audio of the hearing. Those who do not intend to participate in the hearing should listen via the web stream.

On April 23, 2021, Mid MO Sanitation LLC filed a sewer rate case with the Public Service Commission seeking to increase annual sewer operating revenues by approximately $22,000. According to the filing, Mid MO Sanitation LLC proposes to increase the residential monthly sewer rate from the current monthly rate of $64.66 to $115.59 a month.
Mid MO Sanitation LLC serves approximately 34 sewer customers in Callaway County near Fulton, Missouri.
