PSC to Hold Virtual Local Public Hearing
in Raytown Water Company Rate Case
The Missouri Public Service Commission will hold a virtual local public hearing (via WebEx) starting at 12:15 p.m. on July 9, 2020
, to give customers of the Raytown Water Company an opportunity to comment on a water rate increase case filed by the company. The local public hearing will also be streamed on the Commission’s website at www.psc.mo.gov
. The Commission is holding this local public hearing via WebEx due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Customers who wish to provide comments on the record during the hearing have until 5:00 p.m. on July 2, 2020

. Any person who requires any accommodations to participate in the hearing should contact the Public Service Commission at 1-800-392-4211 (voice) or Relay Missouri at 711 before the hearing.
Customers who have any questions regarding the rate case may send those questions by July 14, 2020

On March 2, 2020, the Raytown Water Company filed a water rate case with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking to increase annual water revenues by approximately $663,333. The Raytown Water Company serves approximately 6,600 water customers in Raytown, Missouri.
