PSC to Hold Local Public Hearing in Confluence Rivers Request
to Purchase the Assets of Terre Du Lac Utilities Corporation
The Missouri Public Service Commission will hold a virtual local public hearing (via WebEx) starting at 7:00 p.m. on December 15, 2020,
to receive customer comment on a case filed by Confluence Rivers Utility Operating Company, Inc. (Confluence Rivers).
Confluence Rivers is seeking Commission authority to purchase substantially all of the water and sewer assets of Terre Du Lac Utilities Corporation (Terre Du Lac). Because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the local public hearing will be conducted virtually by WebEx and will be streamed live on the Commission’s website (psc.mo.gov)
