PSC Sets Intervention Deadline
for United Way ‘211’ Provider Application Renewal

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo.---The Missouri Public Service Commission established a September 11, 2025, intervention deadline in the application of the United Way of Kansas City, Inc. f/k/a The Heart of America United Way, Inc., seeking continuing authority as an information and referral provider for “211” service.

On August 11, 2025, the United Way of Kansas City filed an application with the PSC to continue “211” services for Andrew, Bates, Buchanan, Caldwell, Cass, Clay, Clinton, DeKalb, Henry, Jackson, Johnson, Lafayette, Pettis, Platte, Ray, and Saline counties, Missouri.
