PSC Sets Intervention Deadline in
Summit Natural Gas of Missouri Application

JEFFERSON CITY---Summit Natural Gas of Missouri, Inc. (SNGMO) has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking a waiver from Commission Rule 20 CSR 4240-14.020(1)(D) and 14.030(3) relating to promotional practices. According to the application, SNGMO seeks a waiver to promote the use of high energy efficiency appliances through implementation of a Trade Ally Rebate.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than September 23, 2022, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov.

Summit Natural Gas of Missouri, Inc. provides natural gas service to approximately 19,400 customers in the Missouri counties of Benton, Caldwell, Camden, Daviess, Douglas, Greene, Harrison, Howell, Laclede, Miller, Morgan, Pettis, Stone, Taney, Texas, Webster and Wright.
