Spire Missouri, Inc. has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking a certificate of convenience and necessity (CCN) to construct, own, operate and maintain a natural gas distribution system providing natural gas service in Barry County. The requested CCN would be a further expansion of the Company’s existing certificated area.
According to the application, Spire Missouri, Inc. seeks a CCN to provide natural gas service to a poultry operation. Spire also seeks a CCN for the entirety of Barry County, with the exception of the City of Wheaton. Spire states it currently serves approximately half of the county.
Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than February 12, 2021

Genevieve, St. Louis, Vernon and Warren.
