PSC Sets Intervention Deadline in Spire Missouri Request

JEFFERSON CITY---Spire Missouri, Inc., on behalf of its Spire Missouri West operating unit, has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking a certificate of convenience and necessity (CCN) to construct, own, operate and maintain a natural gas distribution system providing natural gas service in Cass County. The requested CCN would be a further expansion of the Company’s existing certificated area.

According to the application, Spire Missouri, Inc. seeks a CCN to provide natural gas service to two projects in Cass County. The first project involves an industrial park while the second project would serve commercial customers with the potential to serve residential customers.
