PSC Sets Intervention Deadline in Spire Missouri CCN Request

 
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo.--- The Missouri Public Service Commission (PSC) set an intervention deadline of May 11, 2026, in a case filed by Spire Missouri Inc. d/b/a Spire seeking a certificate of convenience and necessity (CCN) to construct, install, own, operate, maintain, and otherwise control and manage a natural gas distribution system in Christian County, Missouri as a further expansion of its existing service area. In its application, Spire also requests a waiver of the Commission’s rule requiring 60 days’ notice prior to filing an application.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov.
