PSC Sets Intervention Deadline In Summit Natural Gas Case
JEFFERSON CITY---Summit Natural Gas of Missouri, Inc. has filed an application and a motion for waiver with the Missouri Public Service Commission requesting an accounting authority order (AAO) that would allow the natural gas company to undertake certain accounting procedures in connection with a change in the assessment methodology for the calculation of property taxes.
Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than September 4, 2013, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102, or by using the Commission’s electronic filing and information service.
