The Missouri Public Service Commission's Manufactured Housing and Modular Units Program is the state agency authorized to regulate manufactured housing units, including commercial modular units and those units used as modular classrooms in Missouri.
 

The Commission not only regulates the manufacturers and retail dealers who sell the units, but also works with installers to ensure the proper anchoring or tie-down of those units.
 

The Commission's inspectors are available to assist in ensuring the proper anchoring or tie down of modular classrooms.
