Utility Assistance Program Workshop Registration

The Commission will hold two workshops as part of its work under docket OW-2026-0085 , to discuss currently existing utility assistance programs and gather information on how best to implement the special alternative residential customer rates or bill discounts contemplated by Section 393.1680 RSMo .

IN-PERSON WORKSHOP

Date: Tuesday, June 2, 2026

Time: 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Location: Governor Office Building, 200 Madison Street, Room 450, Jefferson City, MO 65102

This workshop will examine utility assistance programs including, but not limited to, eligibility, program administration and program design. A final detailed agenda will be forthcoming.

Registration for the in-person workshop will close at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 28, 2026.

VIRTUAL WORKSHOP

Date: Tuesday, June 30, 2026

Tme: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Webex link will be sent to those who have registered by Monday, June 29, 2026.

The virtual workshop will be opportunity to expand on and further address topics covered during the in-person workshop on June 2nd.

Registration for the virtual workshop will close at 5:00 p.m. on June 26, 2026.
