PSC To Hold Local Public Hearing In Perryville On September 10


JEFFERSON CITY---The Missouri Public Service Commission will hold a local public hearing in Perryville, Missouri on September 10, 2019, in a request filed by Confluence Rivers Utility Operating Company, Inc. (Confluence Rivers) seeking a certificate of convenience and necessity (CCN) to acquire, own, operate, manage and maintain a water and sewer system in Perry County.  The requested CCN would allow Confluence Rivers to acquire the assets and CCN of the Port Perry Service Company.  The local public hearing schedule appears below.



September 10—Perryville.  Colonnade Room, 312 North Jackson Street.  A PSC Staff public information/question and answer session starts at noon with the Commission receiving testimony from the public following the question and answer session.

Formal evidentiary hearings in this case are scheduled for October 7-8, 2019, in Room 310 of the Governor Office Building, 200 Madison Street, Jefferson City, Missouri.  These hearings are scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. and will be streamed live on the Commission’s website ( 


Port Perry Service Company currently serves approximately 321 water customers and 223 sewer customers in Perry County near Perryville, Missouri.
