PSC to Hold a Public Hearing on August 17 in Working Case
Reviewing PSC Agency Rules
JEFFERSON CITY---The Missouri Public Service Commission will hold a public hearing on August 17, 2017, to receive public comment about the Commission’s existing regulations, as well as suggestions regarding how those regulations can be improved to simplify them and make them more effective, while removing any unnecessary regulatory burdens. This working case (File No. AW-2017-0336) was established by the Commission in order to conduct a general review of its rules in compliance with an executive order (Executive Order 17-03).
The public hearing schedule appears below.
August 17, 2017—Jefferson City. Governor Office Building, Room 310, 200 Madison Street. The public hearing will begin at 6:00 p.m.
This public hearing will be held in a location that meets the accessibility standards required by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
