Fees applicable to applications for Approval of Territorial Agreements (See Rule 20 CSR 4240-3.130)

Who must remit:
Investor-owned Missouri electric utility companies regulated by the Missouri Public Service Commission

Assessed amount: 

• Initial Filing Fee   $500.00 (Fee does not apply to Commission review of proposed amendment(s) to an existing territorial agreement)
• Hearing Time      $685.00 / hour
• Transcript            $3.50 / page
