PSC Sets Intervention Deadline in Territorial Agreement Case

JEFFERSON CITY---Osage Valley Electric Cooperative Association (Osage Valley) and the City of Rich Hill, Missouri (Rich Hill) have filed a joint application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking approval of an electric territorial agreement between the two which designates the boundaries of each electric service provider within the City of Rich Hill.

According to the joint application, the purpose of the agreement is to allow Osage Valley to purchase Rich Hill’s electric facilities and provide electric service to 696 locations in Bates County.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than October 1, 2021, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102-0360, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at psc.mo.gov.
