PSC Sets Intervention Deadline in Electric Territorial Agreement Case

JEFFERSON CITY---Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri and Consolidated Electric Cooperative have filed a joint application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking approval of an amendment to an electric territorial agreement between the two electric service providers first approved by the Commission in August of 1997 (Case No. EO-97-493).

According to the application, the territory subject to the addendum concerns two customers located wholly within the service territory of Ameren Missouri in Audrain County near Mexico, Missouri.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than November 21, 2023, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102-0360, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov.
