PSC Sets Intervention Deadline in Co-Mo Electric Cooperative Case

JEFFERSON CITY---Co-Mo Electric Cooperative (Co-Mo) has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking Commission approval of designated service boundaries within portions of Cooper County to allow Co-Mo to serve a new development recently annexed into the City of Boonville that would otherwise be served by Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than February 3, 2022, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at psc.mo.gov.
