PSC Sets Intervention Deadline in Case Filed by Osage Valley
Electric Cooperative Association and the City of Rich Hill

JEFFERSON CITY---Osage Valley Electric Cooperative Association (Osage Valley) and the City of Rich Hill (Rich Hill) have filed a joint application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking Commission authority for a change of electric supplier. According to the application, Rich Hill has asked Osage Valley to purchase the Rich Hill electric system and provide service to all of its 696 properties in Bates County.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than July 27, 2021, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102-0360, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at psc.mo.gov.
