PSC Sets Intervention Deadline in
Ameren Missouri Vandalia Project Case

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo.---The Missouri Public Service Commission has established the deadline for those wishing to intervene and participate in an application filed by Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri related to the Vandalia Project in Audrain County, Mo.

On March 10, 2025, Ameren Missouri filed an application requesting authority to convey to and lease back from Audrain County certain real property – the Vandalia Project site – and to execute and perform the necessary agreements that include Ameren Missouri’s conveyance of the Vandalia Project site to the County in exchange for the County’s issuance of taxable industrial development revenue bonds in an amount of up to $60 million. Ameren Missouri was previously granted a certificate of convenience and necessity for a 50 MW solar generation facility on the Vandalia Project site.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than March 26, 2025, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102-0360, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov.
