JEFFERSON CITY---Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking approval of Tariff Revision (JE-2024-0056). The application and tariffs request authority to continue to default certain residential customers to the Evening/Morning Savers rate plan instead of the higher differential Smart Savers rate plan. Ameren Missouri asks the Commission to approve the tariffs no later than December 3, 2023.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than November 13, 2023, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102-0360, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov.
